Join us for a deeply nourishing 30-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to slow down, soften, and deepen their understanding of yin yoga.
Over this immersive training, we’ll explore yin yoga philosophy, functional anatomy, fascia, meridians, safe and effective sequencing, and the art of holding space. Expect long-held postures, mindful stillness, and plenty of time for self-reflection, practice, and integration.

The Yin Yoga Teacher Diploma is a 30h complementary course suitable for yoga teachers, fitness and Pilates instructors, physiotherapists, mind-body therapists, educators etc.
This course also counts toward Continuing Education (CE) hours

About your facilitators:

Vinay Jesta (E-RYT500, YACEP)
Vinay is an international yoga teacher and teacher trainer from India. He has led teacher trainings in India, Poland, Portugal, Spain and the Philippines along with facilitating workshops in numerous other countries. Vinay has guided over 300 teachers into this path of yin yoga through 5 elements international school of yoga based in Poland. His teachings are rooted in the knowledge of eastern philosophy and western anatomy making his classes holistic and approachable to everyone.

Zoe Taylor (E-RYT500, YACEP)
Zoe is the owner and founder of Ministry of Yoga Lisbon, Portugal. Having began her teaching career in Australia, she moved to Portugal in 2015 with a dream to teach yoga “Every Day.” Opening a space in downtown Lisbon (near Rossio Square) gave her the opportunity to keep the traditions of yoga alive and well in the city. She began teaching Yin yoga after studying with Markus Henning Giess in 2017, then developed her teaching with Vinay Jesta in 2018. Zoe began teacher trainings this year (2026) after 13 years of daily teaching and guiding yoga and meditation. It’s time to pass the knowledge to you, for you to guide more people through experiences of Yin Yoga.
