What to EXPECT if you attend a Hatha yoga class?
Hatha is a gentle yoga class with a traditional Indian style influence. This practice offers a slow paced and mindful sun salutation followed by numerous foundation yoga poses. Combined with breathing exercises and meditation, Hatha classes are a good place to start yoga by growing strength and flexibility in the physical body whilst receiving release from daily tension in the mind.
