A yoga teacher training is much more than just another training course, it dives deep into our human experience. Learning about the physical body, the way it moves with anatomy and physiology. Learning about the mind, the awareness of thoughts and how they structure much of our life both consciously and unconsciously. As well as a journey to know the self, to begin to trust your spirit and be guided by your own inner teacher. With this knowledge you realise how to reduce suffering and move towards freedom and liberation of not just yourself but teaching others to do the same.

Zoe and Vinay connected in 2018 when Zoe traveled to Poland to study 300hrs Advanced teacher training with Vinay at his co-founded centre, 5 Elements International Yoga School. Since then they had remained connected and decided it was time to bring this training to Lisbon Portugal. Together they bring a combined teaching experience of over 30 years, from lineages all across the world.
