On the eve of opening our first Mandira retreat, there’s a feeling of calmness and peace that sweeps through me.
Do you ever get that feeling of landing somewhere and feeling “this is home”? It could be landing in a city by aeroplane, arriving by car or perhaps just a few simple steps into a house, a room, a yoga mat? I got that feeling when I traveled to Portugal 10years ago. It’s the same feeling I had when I walked into a stone house in central Portugal last year. I arrived and with the lack of any other words to describe it…. “I was home”. It’s the very same feeling we hope for you to experience in our yoga spaces. Stepping onto the mat, taking a deep breath and arriving home. As of tomorrow we will open our home in the centre of Portugal, affectionately named Mandira for you to enjoy a live in yogic experience.

Along with opening the Mandira house for retreats we have expanded our MoY team, inviting Chanel, Sara and Loretta to regular teaching spots over the next 2-3months in our downtown Lisbon studio.
- 9am Monday and Wednesday Mornings are back!!! Meet Sara for your Morning Flow to start your day right.
- 1pm Wed Lunch flow and 9am Friday Vinyasa will continue with Loretta
- Wednesday nights all new 6pm Rocket 75′ 🚀 followed by 7:45pm Hatha with Chanel

Living Cyclically
Are you interested in the magic of the female menstrual cycle? We have Anthropologist & Yoga Teacher Rosie Markwick bringing us a Living Cyclically Workshop. Rosie studied the female cycles, conducting fieldwork in global women’s health as part of her Masters in Anthropology. She has brought this knowledge into an informative and intriguing workshop to support those experiencing PMS, PMDD or other cycle related conditions, however it is applicable to all regardless if you are experiencing a menstrual cycle or not.
